Mubasher: AM Best has affirmed Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company’s financial strength rating of ‘A-’ (Excellent), and the long-term issuer credit rating of ‘A’, with a ‘Stable’ outlook, according to a statement to Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on Sunday.

The Bahrain-based insurance firm asserted that the ratings reflect its financial position and the appropriate institutional risk management.

The CEO of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Ibrahim Mohamed Sharif Al Rayes said that the company has an excellent track record in profitability that reflects the good underwriting performance of all types of insurance.

It is worth noting that the company is listed on both Bahrain Bourse (BHB) and Boursa Kuwait.
